She has spent over a decade helping high-achieving people move from white-knuckling their lives to living them fully, not by adding more willpower, but by removing what was never theirs to carry in the first place.
Certified in hypnotherapy, life coaching, nutritional therapy, EFT tapping, and motivational interviewing, Christa brings a deeply integrated, science-meets-soul approach to behavior change, identity work, and life transformation.
